Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children.
- Plan age-appropriate educational activities.
- Foster positive relationships with children and parents (bilingual communication when needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment.
- Provide leadership and oversight of daily childcare operations.
- Support staff development, scheduling, and compliance with childcare regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Child Development or related certificates preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Childcare Director, Assistant Director, or in a childcare leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual preferred.
- Patience, empathy, and love for working with children.
- Flexible hours.
