Call Center Representative Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$21.00 to $22.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Calls, callbacks and expired subscription email follow-ups
-
Verification of new enrollments and voicemails
-
Emails and chats
Call Center Representative Qualifications:
-
Must have 2 years for call center experience
-
Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) in a plus
-
Must have basic computer knowledge and use it effectively (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Solutions oriented with strong, creative critical-thinking skills.

Able to troubleshoot, problem solve, make logical decisions, and set priorities.

Able to work effectively under pressure.
