Plymouth Bay Orthopedic Associates, Inc. [PBOA]is a busy, multi-physician, patient-centered private orthopedic practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a professional, compassionate, and team-oriented environment.
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing Clinical Team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting, and values being part of a supportive team.

Required Qualifications: Massachusetts Medical Assistant Certification Required

Responsibilities:
- Room patients and assist providers during patient visits
- Obtain and document patient medical histories and vital signs
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with procedures, drawing up injections, casting, bracing, and wound care as needed
- Suture removals
- Management and facilitation of medication refills per provider direction
- Receive and handle all clinical patient telephone calls to completion under the advisement of the provider
