Now Hiring: Full-Time Team Member – Dynamic Support Role in a Fast-Paced, Friendly Bagel Shop
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our restaurant team part-time. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about food, hospitality, and teamwork.
Schedule & Availability:
Open morning availability is essential. While flexibility is important in the beginning, a set schedule will be established after the first few months.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Food preparation and handling
- Crafting made-to-order sandwiches
- Barista duties, including espresso and specialty drink preparation
- Operating the register and providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Acting as a back-up baker when needed
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Supporting all day-to-day operations and needs of the restaurant
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about being part of a collaborative team and is eager to grow with us. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and ready to take on increasing responsibility as opportunities arise.
Qualifications:
- 18+ due to hours required for this position.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred
- Front-of-house (FOH) experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with our restaurant and menu preferred
