Elite Nest Cleaning LLC is a residential cleaning company proudly serving South Charlotte and Union County, NC—including Ballantyne, Matthews, Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin, Indian Trail, Stallings, Fort Mill, Indian Land, and surrounding communities.
We work with a small, experienced team of independent contractors who take pride in their craft. Every person on our team is vetted, insured, and brings at least two years of professional cleaning experience.

Priority Hiring
We're currently adding a few experienced cleaners to our team and are looking for contractors who can begin accepting jobs within the next 1–2 weeks.
We're especially interested in cleaners who:
- Have Airbnb/short-term rental turnover experience
- Have commercial cleaning experience (a plus, but not required)
- Live in or regularly serve South Charlotte, Ballantyne, Matthews, Pineville, Indian Trail, Stallings, Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin, Fort Mill, Indian Land, or nearby areas
- Can reliably travel throughout our primary service area
- Want to build a consistent schedule with a company that values quality over quantity
If you have experience preparing vacation rentals for guests or cleaning commercial spaces, we'd especially love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU BRING
✦ Minimum 2 years of professional residential cleaning experience (required)
✦ Airbnb/short-term rental turnover experience strongly preferred
✦ Commercial cleaning experience is a plus
✦ Your own reliable transportation
✦ Your own personal liability insurance (required for independent contractors)
✦ A smartphone for job communication, photos, and job completion
✦ Professionalism, honesty, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
