We are looking for a creative, resourceful, and highly organized Social Media & Growth Marketing Intern to support our social media, content creation, influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, paid advertising, and e-commerce growth initiatives.
Role Description
The role will support content creation, social media management, influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, paid advertising, and e-commerce growth. The role will help manage Serika’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X channels, create and repurpose visual and short-form video content, coordinate creator partnerships, and assist with Awin, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, basic graphic design and video editing experience, familiarity with Canva, and an interest in building an emerging intimate wellness brand.
Qualifications
- Experience creating or managing social media content for a brand, organization, publication, student group, or personal project.
- Basic graphic design and visual editing skills.
- Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X/Twitter.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Photoshop experience is a plus.
- Experience creating social media content or campaigns for another brand is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Shopify, email marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
- Experience with Awin or another affiliate network is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written communication, online research, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable contacting influencers and maintaining professional follow-up communication.
- Creative, observant, detail-oriented, and able to identify relevant content and marketing opportunities.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate progress clearly.
- Comfortable working professionally within the intimate wellness and sexual wellness industry.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus but not required.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
