Job Overview
The Practice Development Manager is responsible for supporting the growth, operational performance, and administrative oversight of the practice. This position combines business development, patient access, staff leadership, and operational management to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional patient service, and continued organizational growth. The Practice Development Manager will work closely with leadership, providers, and administrative staff to develop growth initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen patient and referral relationships.
Compensation
$64,000/yr with performance incentives up to $120,000/yr total compensation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies that support practice growth, patient acquisition, patient retention, and referral development.
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional patient service.
- Supervise, train, coach, and support assigned administrative staff.
- Monitor employee productivity, workflow completion, and adherence to company policies and expectations.
- Oversee patient scheduling, onboarding, intake, portal access, and administrative support processes.
- Coordinate administrative support for providers to ensure efficient patient care and workflow management.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators related to patient volume, outreach efforts, operational efficiency, and practice growth.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, company policies, privacy standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the continued growth and success of NVelUp USA Inc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare administration, medical practice operations, business development, patient access, or a related healthcare environment preferred.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with Athena, EMR systems, telehealth platforms, or medical practice management systems preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications.
Pay: $64,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
