A healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. This opportunity is ideal for a nursing professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through critical stages of recovery.
Assess patient conditions and identify changes in health status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient responses and communicate updates to the healthcare team
Perform clinical procedures and interventions within scope of practice
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and discharge planning
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and clinical standards
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Current BLS certification
ACLS certification or ability to obtain within required timeframe
Previous acute care, step-down, telemetry, or PCU experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
