Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering outstanding customer service.
- Oversee food safety protocols, inventory control, and food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations and minimize waste.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor shift performance, address customer concerns promptly, and resolve operational issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to foster a culture of excellence in food service management.
- Assist with budgeting, cost control measures, and inventory management to optimize restaurant profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
- Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations.
- Leadership qualities with experience in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development.
- Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.
