We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendants to join our team and be a part of a diverse group of professionals in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
This role requires a strong commitment to quality service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
Compensation:
$15.16 - $16 per hour
Responsibilities:-
Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed
- Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
- Keep common spaces such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies
- Answer general questions from guests
- Write down what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
Qualifications:-
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
- 1+ years as a professional housekeeper or similar position
- Graduated high school, received G.E.D or equivalent
