Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Science & Technology Research Analyst to lead and oversee complex research and development initiatives within the scientific and clinical research domains. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence scientific progress while ensuring rigorous project management and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications:
- A PhD from an accredited college or university in a field of study relevant to the ONR Portfolio.
- Secret Clearance
- At least three (3) years of experience in providing management and program support to mid-level executives.
- Prior DoW related headquarters support.
- Demonstrated S&T project or program management experience as a scientist, researcher, program/project manager or analyst.
- Knowledge of the Navy and Marine Corps S&T processes; experience quickly and effectively managing and executing engagement, corporate day-to-day tasks.
- Knowledge and experience with DoD S&T policy, priorities, and programs.
Desired Qualifications:
- TS/ SCI
- Knowledge and experience in the ONR Portfolio.
- Experience in 2 or more of the Naval S&T, acquisition, resource/requirements, and operational Fleet/Force communities.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
