JOB SUMMARY:
The Coordinator of Universal Preschool Instruction provides instructional leadership for the implementation, expansion, sustainability, and continuous improvement of Prince William County Public Schools' Universal Preschool initiative. This position leads the development and implementation of instructional systems, transition practices, inclusive programming models, and professional learning structures that support equitable access to high-quality preschool experiences across the division. The coordinator plays a critical role in developing instructional infrastructure and implementation systems necessary to successfully scale high-quality Universal Preschool programming across the division. Reporting to the Supervisor of Universal Preschool Programs, the coordinator works closely with the Supervisor of Early Childhood Special Education, the Supervisor of Preschool Programs, the Coordinator of Universal Preschool Operations, school-based administrators, and central office departments to support successful Universal Preschool implementation and alignment with the division's strategic priorities.
