Responsibilities

- Prepare oysters for serving by cleaning, slicing, and presenting them attractively according to established menu specifications.
- Assist with other food preparation tasks, including handling seafood and supporting kitchen operations as needed.
- Follow safety standards during all stages of oyster handling and food production to prevent cross-contamination or injury.
- Support the culinary team with meal preparation, catering events, or food service activities related to seafood offerings.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations and safety standards in production environments.
Qualifications
