Crew Member Job Summary
Crew members work together as a team to ensure an all-around amazing guest experience. They assist with daily preparation, construction, and service of all menu items with focus on restaurant cleanliness and safe food handling practices.

Crew Member Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintains highest possible level of Product Quality
- Prepares food products according to approved PITA standards
- Maintains highest level of PITA Hospitality
- Great eye contact with the customer- always focusing on them
- Works well with teammates and accepts coaching from management team.
- Communicates with customers, teammates and managers in a positive manner.
- Keeps food preparation area, equipment and utensils clean and sanitary.
- Keeps lobby, front counter, kitchen, storage areas and restrooms neat and clean throughout the day
