We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. ```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance the dining experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process payments accurately using the Toast POS system
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a Server in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary knowledge is an advantage but not required
