GHR Healthcare is hiring 2 Phlebotomists in Cape May Court House, New Jersey for a 13-week contract with extension opportunities!
Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: 11p-7a Monday - Friday, rotating weekends
Job Description:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on patients of all ages
- Collect specimens in ED and inpatient units based on priority
- Ensure positive patient identification and accurate labeling at bedside
- Handle and transport specimens per laboratory policy
- Communicate effectively with nursing and lab staff regarding issues or delays
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year recent hospital-based phlebotomy experience required
- HS Diploma required
- Proficiency in venipuncture and capillary collection
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume overnight setting
- Strong communication skills
