We are seeking a Quotation Specialist who will report to the Spare Parts Quotations Manager. This role involves working directly with customers, engineering & sales teams to provide quotations to customers. The Quotation Specialist will be directly responsible for pricing implementation, maintaining overall margins and day-to-day operations of the Quotations section. In addition, this position ensures effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company offerings.

Responsibilities
- Review quotation backlog daily and pull RFQs for evaluation and execution per defined turnaround time targets per established OTD & DTQ targets.
- Able to meet deadlines and work on numerous inquiries at the same time.
- Identify technical factors in customer inquiries that may affect cost, delivery and ability to conform.
- Provide basic technical/commercial support, as required
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the information needed
- Participate in resolving issues as they arise
- Establish close relationship with all outside sales personnel as well as key customers and channel partners
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely response for each request
Your profile
- College degree with a minimum of three-years related experience or high school degree with a minimum of five-years related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Relevant experience in the valve industry an asset
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS office, in particular Excel (data analysis, pivot table)
- Experience with an ERP
- Knowledge of ASME relevant standards is an asset.
- Ability to organize work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Strong ability to adapt

Pay: $55,200.00 - $73,600.00 per year
