We are looking for a competent Maintenance Technician to assist in managing maintenance in our facilities. An excellent maintenance technician must be reliable and have a great eye for detail. They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing etc.are essential. The goal is to ensure that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times.
About the Job:
- Daily repair and renovation of apartments
- Complete work orders in a timely professional manner
- Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor r to ensure work is complete with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Ability to take after hours on- call emergencies when needed
- Maintain the Cleanliness and Curb appeal of the property
- Communicate with excellent customer to team members and residents
About You:
- Minimum of 2-years apartment maintenance experience.
- The candidate must be a high school graduate and a valid driver's license.
- Experience and technical skills with apartments/multi-family housing needed
- Problem solve and take initiative, working with a minimum amount of supervision.
- High Sense of urgency while maintaining high quality standards
- Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning, Drywall, and Painting
- Great communication skills
