Join our dynamic local insurance team as an Administrative Assistant/Account Manager, where you'll play a vital role in building strong client relationships and driving business growth. As an Account Manager, you will assist our Agents in managing client portfolios, identify new sales opportunities, and provide tailored insurance solutions that meet diverse needs.
State of Montana Life and Health License will be required. Prep and licensing covered by the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and personalized service
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction
- On-Site meetings with employees covered by group health benefits will be required
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
