Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth by selling IT services, MSP solutions, and infrastructure offerings. This role focuses on acquiring new customers through a combination of existing relationships, warm leads, and proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up
· Sell MSP solutions to SMB clients (10–300 employees)
· Promote full lifecycle IT infrastructure services to enterprise clients
· Manage and track sales activity using Zoho CRM
· Build strong client relationships and guide opportunities to close
· Conduct local client meetings across the DFW area
Qualifications:
· Experience in B2B technical sales (IT services, hardware/software, MSP, or similar)
· Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
· Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent client experience
· Experience using CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
· College degree preferred or equivalent experience
· Ability to travel locally within DFW

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
