Duties
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of logistics and the production processes to ensure timely and efficient output
- Enforce strict safety standards in accordance with industry regulations and company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Monitor manufacturing operations for compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to guarantee product quality and safety
- Lead, motivate, and manage logistics and production teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Oversee the proper handling of heavy lifting tasks, ensuring safe techniques are used at all times
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
- Maintain accurate production records, report on key performance indicators, and troubleshoot operational issues promptly
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing and logistics management or a similar leadership role within a production environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance needs
- Familiarity with safety standards in production settings, including PPE protocols and heavy lifting safety procedures
- Knowledge of GMP requirements relevant to regulated manufacturing industries
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process optimization
- Prior experience with implementing safety training programs and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
