At Living Home Construction, Site Leads will work closely with the Project Manager. They oversee all aspects of residential construction with a focus on quality, safety, and collaboration. From groundbreaking to final walkthrough, Site Leads ensure that every detail aligns with our standards of craftsmanship and client care.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, is self-directed, and reliable. Someone who brings strong construction skills, understands custom home building, and can lead the site daily with professionalism and reliability
· 5-10 years’ experience in residential construction
· 4-6 years of trade experience-concrete, framing, carpentry, etc.
· 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
· Experience with BuilderTrend, or Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft word.
Knowledge:
· Strong grasp of local building codes and safety protocols. Residential building
process and sequencing.
· Experience reading construction documents and drawing sets
· Construction certifications are a plus but not required
Communication:
· Able to write clearly and speak directly.
· Coordinate site deliveries with vendors and suppliers
· Maintain and lead jobsite cleanup
· Understand the scope of work and weekly work schedules for subcontractors
· Maintain daily logs for the projects, including personnel and equipment
· Conducting daily site inspections for quality assurance and safety
· Updating the project managers about site progress or issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
