Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
- Certifications including SLP-CCC or eligibility as SLP-CFY gladly considered
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but open to candidates eager to build their skills in an educational environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering growth, inclusion, and student success
Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic assessments and evidence-based speech and language interventions for K–12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet state/federal special education guidelines
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive educational environment
