Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects progress according to schedule and budget

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel

Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and enforce OSHA and company safety policies

Communicate project progress and issues with project managers, clients, and company leadership

Resolve field issues efficiently to minimize delays and maintain project quality

Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular reports

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
