Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient computer skills
Good customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and pay attention details
Must be able to work holidays and cover additional hours as needed
Responsibilities
Promptly greets, assists, and directs patients and visitors in a pleasant and professional manner
Manages a large volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
Handles all calls politely and professionally and refers calls to the appropriate staff member
Records and relays messages to the appropriate staff member
Performs other clerical duties such as filling, photocopying, and scanning o
