DonMarko Pizza & Pasta is looking for a responsible, motivated, and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and help our team provide excellent food, service, and guest experience.
The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, customer-focused, and able to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Manage and support staff during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Train new employees
- Control inventory and communicate ordering needs
- Monitor labor, food costs, and daily performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Open and/or close the restaurant when needed
- Help improve sales, service, and overall restaurant operations
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to manage a team and solve problems quickly
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Food safety knowledge is a plus
