Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and cash handling
- Upsell menu items including beers and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
- Assist with food preparation, barita and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously
Skills
- Experience with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in food service environments such as restaurants or hospitality settings
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and process sales efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills for handling bills, tips, and inventory counts
- Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation practices
- Previous experience as a barista preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
