Barnett & Garcia, PLLC is seeking a litigation associate to handle commercial debt collection cases on behalf of medium to large creditors. The ideal candidate is organized and detail oriented. Duties include, but are not limited to, managing your caseload, negotiating settlements, discovery, motion practice, and trials. We litigate in almost every county of Texas so you must be willing to travel.
