Location: Hybrid - In-person office hours available, but remote work is also available.

Artemis Behavioral Health is a small, compassionate, client-centered practice looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our supportive team. We are in the very early stages of settling in to our beautiful new office space, and we are hoping to grow a team of collaborative clinicians interested in providing trauma-informed, responsive care to individuals in need of high quality mental health treatment. We value connection, balance, and creating a safe space for both clients and clinicians. We would love to support someone who is already an experienced clinician and is looking for a collaborative place to practice, or help a newer clinician grow in their career and reach their goals.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual therapy and potentially group therapy, depending on interest
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships
- Create and maintain treatment plans and documentation per professional and ethical guidelines in New York State.
- Have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive clinical team
What We’re Looking For
- Active mental health license in New York State (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist)
- Warm, ethical, and client-centered approach. Ideally trained in evidence based practices such as TF-CBT, ERP, DBT, EMDR, and IFS.
- Trauma-informed in both clinical approach as well as values.
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Someone interested in helping to grow a disability affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, woman-owned business specializing primarily in PTSD and chronic illness support.
- Pre-licensed candidates seeking supervision for clinical licensure in New York State will be considered (must be a W2 employee per NYS regulations until fully licensed to practice independently)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
