Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high-quality and efficient cleaning
Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and collaboration
Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and training to housekeeping staff
Identify and address any issues or concerns related to the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities
Maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations, including inventory and supplies
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
2 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, healthcare, or a related field preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
