What does Zenith Analytics do?
Working closely with both the Business Planning and Activation teams, Analytics designs the data strategy that connects clients’ marketing to real-world business goals. We then analyze this data to optimize investment strategy and uncover insights that bring clients closer to their marketing, helping them understand whether they are reaching the right audiences and doing so in the right way.
What does a Senior Analyst do day-to-day?
Senior Analysts are core contributors to the Analytics team and play a key role in its foundation. They own end-to-end data handling and QA, ensuring outputs are accurate and actionable. Beyond execution, they develop a deep understanding of the data and its impact, pairing strong technical and analytical skills with critical thinking to connect insights to business outcomes. They drive workstreams forward by navigating challenges, actively communicating to keep cross-functional partners aligned, and managing up effectively. Senior Analysts also proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and outputs.
Successful Senior Analysts are curious, proactive, and ownership-driven. They enjoy tackling challenges and proactively seek out resources to deepen their understanding. They continuously raise the bar for themselves and the team.
