Pickwick’s Mercantile and Deadwick's Ethereal Emporium are auditioning new cast members to join our growing team of shopkeepers. We are looking for individuals of all backgrounds with a love for storytelling and a theatrical flare for the dramatic. This is an invitation to join us in our unique shoppes, step back in time and wow guests with an extraordinary retail experience like no other. Bring to life the stories of uniquely curated wares in a fun and energetic environment with a touch of history and a bit of make believe.
Auditioners must be friendly and outgoing, eager to engage guests, and have a passion for sharing the products and experiences we offer, with availability through the end of August at minimum.
Shopkeep duties and responsibilities include
- Working closely with guests to determine their needs
- Answer their questions about our products and making recommendations
- Operating a cash register
- Maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests
- Restocking the retail shelves
- Keeping the store clean and organized
Requirements Sales Associate skills
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- High school degree
