Responsibilities include food production consisting of BBQ sandwiches, tacos, flash fried smoked wings, fresh chicken tender boxes, as well as various fried items in addition to prep, dish (easy), and kitchen cleanliness. Our restaurant also feeds the customers at the Wilbury next door (we are technically the same business). Previous line cook experience is mandatory.
