Clinic
Director
IV Nutrition's mission is to empower people to take control of their health through personalized, medical-grade wellness care. We provide direct access to IV nutrient therapy, functional insight, and education that helps clients understand what their bodies need and why — making advanced wellness clear, accessible, and results-driven. Our clinics deliver vitamin, mineral, and nutrient IV drips and injections that help clients improve hydration, energy, immunity, and recovery.
Our Addison clinic is opening soon, and we're looking for a Clinic Director (NP ) to run the clinic and bring IV Nutrition's mission to life locally.
The Clinic Director is the leader of the business — ensuring operational excellence and a positive team environment while creating an exceptional experience for every client. This role owns operations, clinic performance, hiring and performance management, sales, and all clinical execution.
This is a role for someone who genuinely cares about people — clients and team members alike — and who also loves the challenge of running a business well. You'll be the heartbeat of the clinic: setting the tone, building the team, and making sure every client leaves feeling cared for.
-
Own overall clinic performance — revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution — as the single point of accountability for the clinic
-
Set the tone for culture, professionalism, and performance standards, keeping the clinic aligned with company goals and brand standards
-
Track KPIs and turn them into clear action plans, leading with an ownership mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
-
Drive sales through memberships, packages, retail, and wellness services, building a sales culture rooted in education, not pressure
-
Set and coach toward sales and retention goals — through client consultations, outreach, and loyalty programs
-
Review sales reports to spot growth opportunities, and partner with corporate on promotions and business development
-
Engage the local community through marketing, networking, and outreach
-
Ensure every client gets a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience that earns long-term relationships and referrals
-
Resolve concerns promptly and follow up when it matters — hospitality and exceptional care are non-negotiable
-
Ensure safe, effective administration of IV therapies, in compliance with clinical regulations, protocols, and physician/standing orders
-
Oversee documentation accuracy and client care quality, providing clinical guidance and support to staff
-
Promote a culture of safety, professionalism, and clinical excellence
-
Hire, train, and develop clinic staff, building a high-performance culture focused on results, client care, and growth
-
Spot and develop future leaders, recognize high performers, and hold regular performance and development conversations
-
Use performance metrics to drive accountability, addressing issues quickly and partnering with HR as needed
-
Keep the clinic on track toward its operational, sales, and client satisfaction goals
-
Ensure smooth daily operations, consistent service delivery, and efficient workflows across all shifts
-
Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and supply ordering
-
Execute company initiatives and process updates, and keep the clinic clean, organized, and compliant
-
Current, active NP license — required
-
Current BLS certification — required
-
ACLS certification — preferred
-
2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
-
2+ years of leadership or management experience
-
Experience leading sales teams, client retention programs, or membership-based businesses preferred
-
Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Meet, etc.)
-
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
-
Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
-
Sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management systems
-
A natural leader who takes real ownership of outcomes
-
Proven ability to drive sales performance and client retention
-
Brings both clinical excellence and business savvy
-
Strong at hiring, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
-
A clear, warm communicator who can navigate hard conversations with care
-
Organized, adaptable, and able to think on your feet in a fast-moving environment
-
8–12 hour shifts
-
2–4 weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) per month, based on staffing needs
-
Comfortable, climate-controlled clinic environment
