Store Team Leader / Retail Supervisor Job Opening
We are seeking a Team Leader with strong leadership skills who can responsibly manage two gift shop locations and systematically guide the staff.
We welcome candidates who are highly organized and possess a proactive sales mindset, along with effective staff management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operation and management of two gift shop locations
Management of employee schedules and attendance
Supervision and guidance of staff to ensure diligent and responsible work performance
Enhancing sales revenue through customer engagement and proactive selling
Maintenance of store cleanliness and organization
Ensuring timely arrival and completion of tasks within designated hours
Merchandise display, inventory organization, and store visual merchandising
Staff training and quality control of customer service standards
Handling customer complaints and resolving store-related issues
Managing monthly sales targets and driving performance improvement
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail/store management or as a Team Leader is preferred
Possession of a strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills
Proactive, diligent, and conscientious personality
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong customer service and sales-oriented mindset
Ability to systematically manage and organize a team of employees
Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts is preferred
Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is preferred
