Job Summary
The Fleet Leader is responsible for the day-to-day readiness and accountability of our van fleet. This is a hands-on leadership role that keeps vehicles inspection-ready and ensures smooth hand-offs between shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily van readiness and pre-trip/post-trip inspections
- Coordinate vehicle hand-offs to fleet closers
- Track and report vehicle condition, issues, and status
- Support preventive maintenance awareness and escalate problems quickly
- Maintain clear communication with the Fleet Manager and operations team
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example and hold a high standard
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Reliable, accountable, and able to follow structured processes
This role is critical to keeping our fleet moving efficiently every day.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
