We are currently seeking a Client Coverage Consultant to join our growing Fort Lauderdale team. No previous industry experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Review available Health Coverage options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct follow-up consultations and coverage reviews
- Assist clients with questions regarding coverage and benefits
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs

- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
