Assemble electro-mechanical products, subassemblies, wiring harnesses, and components following drawings, schematics, and work instructions. • Perform low-voltage wiring, basic soldering, connector installation, and cable routing. • Build or rework assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and precision tools. • Identify discrepancies in drawings or instructions and communicate them to the supervisor or engineering. Testing & Troubleshooting • Perform basic functional tests on completed assemblies using standard test equipment (multimeters, pressure/vacuum tools, continuity testers, etc.). • Run scripted test procedures and document results accurately. • Identify simple electrical or mechanical failures and perform basic corrective actions. • Support engineering or senior technicians in setting up and operating test fixtures. Documentation & Material Handling • Record work performed, test results, and inventory usage accurately. • Follow established procedures for assembly, testing, and defect reporting. • Assist with staging materials and organizing workspace as needed. Responsibilities
