Job Summary
Drive a tractor-trailer combination to verify quality of repair performed on a customer's vehicle.
Essential Duties

Perform test drives on customer vehicles following repairs.

Deliver customer’s vehicles when the service department has performed service on the vehicle.

Perform Quality Control inspections on vehicles following repair (mechanical knowledge a plus).

Keep the service lot neat and orderly, including arranging vehicles, fueling, and ensuring that vehicles are locked on a weekly basis.

Maintain professional appearance.

Customer service focus both internal and external.

Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
-
Must possess a valid CDL license and be able to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions.

Strong knowledge of failures and repair processes are essential

Ability to work with a team

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to get in and out of a semi-truck safely
