Overview
This is a founding, high-impact builder role responsible for establishing and scaling physician recruiting, sourcing and marketing, and HR capabilities. In the early stage, this individual will operate as a hands-on operator—personally driving recruiting pipeline generation and placements—while also making critical business development decisions.

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle physician recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, and placement of locum tenens providers.

Build and manage pipelines across key specialties aligned with client demand.

Develop and execute locums tenens physician marketing and talent attraction strategies.

In partnership with the physician leader of Morlen, develop physician onboarding and orientation programs specific to value-based care delivery.

Establish workflows, policies, and documentation to support scale.

Track key metrics (time-to-fill, retention, redeployment, marketing ROI) and drive improvements.

Establish new customer relationships and build highly valued and trusted relations with all business partnerships.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

8+ years combined experience in HR generalist work and recruiting with at least 4 years of full-cycle experience.

Proven ability to build recruiting or HR functions from scratch in a high-growth environment.

Familiarity with Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) models and co-employment structures.

Strong understanding of multi-state employment law and healthcare workforce compliance.

Demonstrated ability to operate across multiple functional areas and effectively prioritize in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Preferred Experience
-
Experience in physician staffing, locum tenens agency, or healthcare workforce solutions.

Experience in healthcare startups, MSOs, or physician organizations.

Knowledge of value-based care models (ACO, risk contracts, capitation, etc.).

Experience building employer brands or talent marketing campaigns.

HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).

This is a remote Remote U.S.-based role with up to 10% Travel
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
