What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services in alignment with clinical best practices
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities
Set measurable short- and long-term goals, implementing therapies that promote function and quality of life
Instruct patients, families, and staff on techniques to support ongoing therapy goals in daily routines
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and document outcomes effectively
What You’ll Bring:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Pennsylvania
Must be 18 years or older
