Job Duties
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
- Educate patients on recovery and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Active or pending PT license in MA, ME, or NH (where applicable)
- Outpatient Physical Therapy experience required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
