Job Location: Du Quoin, IL
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Commercial Custodian to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to details, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Would make a great second job or supplemental income to a retired person.
Schedule:
- Part-Time, approx. 9 hours per week
- 3 evenings per week, after 5pm, NO weekend
- Paid holidays, additional hours may become available if wanted.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain a commercial building to a high standers
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize designated areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean and restock restrooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualification:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
