WA state OT license required and therapist must reside in WA state

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) for a part-time, fully remote telehealth position. This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, works well independently, and has prior experience providing outpatient pediatric OT—especially with children who have neurodevelopmental differences.
This is not a “plug-and-play” telehealth role. We are looking for a thoughtful therapist who understands how to engage children and coach parents effectively through a screen, and who takes ownership of their caseload while staying connected to a supportive team.

Our areas of specialty include:
- Sensory integration

- Autistic communication styles
- Reflex integration
- Infant and newborn feeding support
- Functional skill development across daily routines
We are deeply committed to high-quality care, clinical integrity, and team collaboration, while also supporting each team member’s professional goals.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver interventions that support participation in daily routines and functional skills
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, and administrative team members as needed

- Complete timely and accurate documentation and adjust plans of care as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington State OT License (OTR required)
- Prior outpatient pediatric OT experience
- Experience with or strong comfort using telehealth platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote role
- Availability to start within one month
