As Bartender primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve drinks and other beverages in accordance with guidelines set forth by hotel policies and Washington State. Ideal candidate will be comfortable prepping and serving menu items in addition to dropping off room service orders as needed. Ideal candidate will maintain work area and cleanliness duties shared with bartender and other kitchen staff as needed. Bartender will work closely with F&B supervisor, AGM and GM to ensure exceptional customer service, health and safety compliancy and inventory management goals are met. Bartending and Food service knowledge preferred but both are not required; willing to train the right candidate. Bartender is responsible for keeping area clean and organized. Mast and Food handlers permit required to work this position. Typical shifts will consist of but not limited to 4:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday however shifts can vary depending on availability. Other duties as directed by management.
