Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting men's clothing that fits their style and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of new arrivals or featured collections
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering styling advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell additional items such as accessories or complementary clothing to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking to keep the store inviting and easy to browse
- Handle cash, process payments securely, and perform cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in clothing or fashion retail environments
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customers effectively
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Ability to perform product demos and upselling techniques confidently
- Experience with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store presentation standards
- Basic math skills for handling cash registers and calculating discounts or totals
