We are seeking a part time line cook to join our team!
We are an award-winning restaurant in downtown Portland inspired by the food and drink of Los Angeles and Mexico City. Quality and creativity are a top priority for us, and we are seeking people who want to learn new skills and techniques; from masa work to fish butchery to fermentation, while working alongside passionate and driven colleagues.
The line cooks must be available to work evenings, work clean in a fast-paced environment, and are a quick study. In an ideal world, we are looking for someone with solid cooking techniques.
We are seeking a minimum of 3 days per week availability. We are open Tuesdays - Sundays.
We offer a competitive hourly rate with revenue share.
