Overview: Stepping Stones Intervention Services have been providing Pediatric services and more to children and families for over 20 years. Our Mission is to enable individuals and their families to take steps toward building life skills and ultimately live life to the fullest. Our goal is to provide individuals and families with services and resources that are specific to their needs.
We currently have an immediate School-Based Speech Therapy Contract Positions for the 2026-2027 School Year at a Charter School in Clayton County, Georgia.
***$1000 Sign-On Bonus provided after position is filled and accepted by School System
Successful Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Provide Speech Therapy Services to students (6-10 grade)
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Conduct Screenings
- Ability to Assess and Interpret Standardized Assessments, Eligibility Reports to Parents/Guardians and Teachers, as well as, Implement (IEP) Individualized Educational Plans to students according to Federal and State guidelines.
- Assist and/or Conduct IEP meetings and Interpret educational goals to parents/guardians and teachers
- Input all documentation and billing in a timely manner on a computerized documentation system
- Perform other duties per County Policies and Procedures in regards to providing School-Based Therapy
- Independence and flexibility with managing caseload of assigned students and schools

Requirements
- 1-2 Years previous experience required
- Georgia License Required
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology and required licensures/certifications for the state of Georgia (SLP-CCC)
- ASHA Certification
- Work Authorization in the U.S.
- Must Provide Professional Liability Insurance
- Must Provide Criminal Background Check
- Must Provide CPR/First Aid within 30 days
- Resume with 3 References (3 Professional )
