Primary responsibilities:

Love working with children.

Knowledge of Early Childhood education standards.

Ability to create a positive leaning environment for children.

Able to communicate with parents and other staff members.

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.

Responsible for assisting the children with reaching developmental milestones.

Provide basic care needs of each child in the classroom.

Keep classroom in compliance with child care licensing regulations.

A "Team Player" willing to help other teachers/classrooms when needed.

Able to work full assigned shift (typically 5 to 6 hrs in the afternoon).
