Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Finish Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality interior finishing work across various commercial and residential projects. Duties
- Install drywall, plastering, and stucco finishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Perform trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and frame carpentry to enhance interior aesthetics.
- Apply painting, caulking, and flooring installation techniques to achieve smooth, durable surfaces.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute interior finishing tasks.
- Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Assist with remodeling projects, fixture installation, glass installation, and restoration efforts as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for precise project execution.
- Extensive construction experience with a focus on building finishing, drywall installation, and flooring.
- Skilled in light plumbing and electrical.
- Knowledge of construction management principles and construction estimating processes.
- Ability to perform detailed interior finish tasks such as tile laying, masonry work, fixture installation, and caulking.
